INCLUDED SERVICES:

Start up of your filtration system and your pool

1 dose of shock treatment put into your pool

Delivery of 1 bag of salt (if there is a salt system on your filtration)

Reconnection of the pump’s electrical cable (in the absence of a wall outlet)

Removing the mesh net or winter cover

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PRESENCE IS NOT REQUIRED DURING THE POOL OPENING SERVICE.
INTERVENTION POLICY
BEFORE OUR TECHNICIAN'S ARRIVAL

As soon as the thaw begins, put your sump pump into your dewatering well to maintain its water level as low as possible
-
Remove your mesh net or winter cover (If applicable)
-
Remove the leaves and other debris into the pool with the net (This will allow the shock treatment to be more effective)
ON THE DAY OF THE TECHNICIAN'S ARRIVAL

Leave your filtration and pool accesses unlocked

Place pool equipment removed during the pool closing NEXT TO YOUR FILTER

Make sure the technician has DIRECT ACCESS TO THE POWER SWITCHES of the pool equipment. Otherwise, if the technician needs to intervene again after the opening to start the pool or correct an untested leak, travel fees will be charged $$$.

Our teams will leave the closing equipment nearby so that you can store it for the summer season.
(ANY MISSING MATERIAL WILL BE BILLED).
SERVICE SCHEDULING:

You will receive, in the coming weeks, the opening date and the invoice by email.

Payment is required 48 hours prior to the service; otherwise, the service will be cancelled.

Openings are scheduled by sector to optimize our technicians’ schedules.

Our teams operate Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If our teams are unable to perform your opening (sump pit, pool, or equipment inaccessible, cover or leaf net not removed), additional fees of $100 will apply for a new visit.
